Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 apple
- 1 orange(s)
- some cinnamon
- 2 tsp flaxseed
- 100 g flour
- 3 tbsp oat flakes, fine
- some Sultanas
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tsp sweetener
- some vanilla extract
- 3 tsp baking powder

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Super airy and healthy with oat flakes
First, slice the apple and orange and boil them in a pan with a glass of water until soft. Season with cinnamon and add the flaxseed. Meanwhile, combine the flour with the remaining ingredients, except the sultanas. Stir in the compote. Place small mounds of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). After about 5 minutes, place a sultana on each biscuit. The biscuits are ready after about 15 minutes.
