Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 200 g buttermilk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 g flour
- 2 apples
- possibly raisins (approx. 20 g) if required
- Oil for frying

a well-rounded thing
Whisk together eggs, buttermilk, salt, and flour. Quarter, core, and slice the apples. Heat a nonstick pan, grease with oil, and add some of the batter. Arrange a few apple slices on top and let them cook. Then flip the pancake and finish cooking on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter. If desired, sprinkle the pancakes with raisins. Brown sugar goes well with the pancakes.
