Apple pancakes from the tray

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g milk
  • 100 g mineral water
  • 230 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 large apples
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50 g butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 50 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk the milk and water with the flour, baking powder, eggs, and salt until frothy. Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes. Peel and core the apples, cut them into 1/2-cm wedges, and immediately toss with the lemon juice. Stir the batter again and then pour it onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Arrange the apple slices on top. Melt the butter, mix with the sugar and cinnamon, and spread it over the apples. Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for 10-15 minutes.
