Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g rice
  • 1 tsp oil
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • ½ large carrot(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of sambal oelek
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (sweet chili chicken sauce)
  • Spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. In the meantime, dice the onion and fry in oil. Slice the bell pepper into strips and add it. Slice the zucchini and carrot into small sticks (zucchini 5 mm; carrot 3 mm). Continue frying everything. Mix the egg with sambal oelek, soy sauce, Chinese spice, and sweet chili chicken sauce and season lightly with salt. Add the cooked rice to the vegetables, add the seasoned egg, fry everything briefly, and season to taste. For WW program participants: 1 serving contains 6 points.
