Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 cups flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 large apples
- e.g. cinnamon
Instructions

for those who can’t bake
Peel and slice the apples. Mix the remaining ingredients into a batter. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Distribute the apple slices evenly and press them in lightly (if desired, you can also top with raisins). Bake the cake at 180°C fan/convection oven (200°C top/bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes. When the cake is done, sprinkle with cinnamon. Tip: If you like, you can also drizzle with icing. It’s quick and really easy to make.
