Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 g fat (Rama, butter etc.)
  • 100 g fat, (Rama)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 50 g almond flakes
  • 4 m.-sized apples
  • 1 cup sour cream

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Prepare a dough from the first 5 ingredients, wrap it in cling film, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, separate the 2 eggs and beat the egg whites. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, add the fat and flour, and then fold in the beaten egg whites. Grease a baking tray (approx. 30 cm in diameter/not a deep cake tin). Spread the dough evenly, extending to the edges. Spread the cup of cream on top, slice the apples, and arrange them evenly from the outside in. Spoon the cream mixture over the dough and, if desired, scatter 50-100 g of flaked almonds on top. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes (depending on the oven). Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
