Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine or butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ small bottle(s) of butter-vanilla flavoring
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 eggs
- 350 g flour
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 ½ kg apples

Peel and core the apples, and cut them into small cubes (1 x 1 cm). Cream together the butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, flavoring, and cinnamon until fluffy. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Carefully fold half of the apples into the batter. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread evenly. Distribute the remaining apples over the batter and press down lightly. Bake at 180°C for approximately 35 minutes.
