Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 125 g butter
- 100 ml milk
- 300 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 5 m.-sized apples
- n. B. cinnamon sugar or almond flakes for sprinkling

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Bring the butter and milk to a boil and add them to the hot egg and sugar mixture. Fold in the flour and baking powder. Spread the batter evenly on the baking sheet. Slice the apples and top the batter with them. Bake the cake on the middle rack for 25-30 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or almonds.
