Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 large apples
- 4 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 200 ml oil
- 100 ml milk or juice
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 300 g flour

Quick and easy apple pie
Prepare the batter: Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, then add the oil and liquid. Sift the flour and baking powder together and then stir in. You don’t need a mixer for this; it’s quick and easy with a whisk. Peel and core 2 apples, and slice them into thin slices. Line a round cake tin with a layer of apple slices and spread half the batter on top. Place the remaining apple slices on top, then spread the remaining batter on top. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 45 minutes. Depending on how juicy the apples are, the baking time may need to be longer.
