Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg apples (approx. 7 pieces), peeled and sliced
- 60 g butter, cut into pieces
- 2 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 80 g flour
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 30 g hazelnuts, ground or almonds
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp flavoring, lemon flavoring or lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Stir in the remaining ingredients, except for the flour and apples. Sift in the flour and fold in with a wooden spoon. Fold in the apples as well. Bake in a 26 cm springform pan lined with baking paper for about 1 hour in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, using bottom heat if possible.
