Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 apples
  • 350 g applesauce
  • 200 g margarine
  • 275 g flour
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • possibly walnuts or other nuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix flour, fat, sugar, egg, and vanilla sugar into a dough and spread it on a baking sheet. Peel the apples, cut them into pieces, and mix them with the applesauce in a bowl. Pour the mixture onto the dough. Crumble: Melt the fat in a saucepan, remove from the heat, mix the remaining ingredients, and add them. Let the mixture cool briefly, then make a crumble by taking the dough in your hand and crumbling it between both hands over the cake on the baking sheet. Then bake on the middle rack at around 175°C for around 45 minutes. But be careful: always keep an eye on it, as crumbs burn quickly. Cream or vanilla ice cream goes well with it. You can also sprinkle chopped walnuts or something similar on top of the apple mixture. Then serve the crumble on top.
