  • 0,25 l Milk
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 125 g Butter
  • 1 cube Yeast
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 6 Apples
  • 1 Handful Raisins
  • 1 packet Baking custard cream
  • 0,25 l Milk

Sprinkles

  • 125 g Sprinkles
  • 125 g Flour
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  1. Heat the milk lukewarm, crumble in the yeast. Add a pinch of sugar and let it “rise” in a warm place for about 5 minutes. Let the margarine melt. Put the flour, sugar, salt, egg and melted margarine in a bowl and mix with the “hardened” yeast. Beat the dough with the dough hook of a hand mixer until it is smooth.
  1. Cover with a cake towel and “let go” in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
  1. Then roll out on a previously greased baking sheet.
  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into wedges. Mix the custard powder with the milk and spread on the dough, top with the apples and sprinkle with 1 handful of raisins.
  1. Make the sprinkles according to the instructions and spread over the apples.
  1. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
