Ingredients
 

  • 640 g Flour
  • 4 size Eggs
  • 350 g Sugar
  • 260 g Butter
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 bag Cranberries
  • 1 bag Breadcrumbs
  • 10 medium-sized Apples

Instructions
 

  • 440gr. Flour, 150gr. Sugar, 160gr. Knead the butter, the eggs, the baking powder and the cranberries into a dough. Now peel, core and dice the apples.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out the dough in it and put it up a little on the edge of the sheet. Scatter some breadcrumbs on the dough. Place the diced apples on top as you like.
  • For the crumble 200gr. Flour, 200gr. Sugar and 100gr. Put the butter in a bowl and mix well. Spread the crumble on the cake. Now add the cinnamon to the crumble as you like. Now bake the cake in the preheated oven at 175 to 180 degrees for about 45 to 60 minutes. (I use convection!)
