Ingredients
 

Tomato sauce:

  • 50 g Paprika
  • 50 g Parsnip fresh
  • 50 g Carrot
  • 100 g Pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 1 pinch Tellicherry pepper
  • 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • 8 Discs Turkey ham
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • 1 pinch Tellicherry pepper
  • 1 pinch Seasonal herbs
  • 1 pinch Garip pepper

Instructions
 

  • Clean, peel and grate vegetables.
  • Sweat in a pan and deglaze with vegetable stock. Add the garlic. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Remove from the pan, cool a little and stir in the sour cream.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!

  • Wash, clean and dice tomatoes. Briefly toast in a hot pan without oil and deglaze with vegetable stock. Stir in tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper, garip pepper and fresh herbs and place in a baking dish!
  • Roll the vegetable filling into the turkey ham. Place the rolls with the opening facing down on the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes!
  • Serve!
