Apple pie without a base with quark vanilla pudding

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 125 g sugar
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla semolina)*
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar (Bourbon)
  • 3 large apples, peeled and diced
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Preheat oven to 170°C (350°F). Butter a 24cm springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, then refrigerate. Combine all ingredients, except the diced apple, in a mixing bowl and make a batter. Carefully fold in the diced apples and pour everything into the prepared springform pan. Sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon mixture. *NOTICE! Vanilla semolina pudding powder is available ready-made. If you don’t have any, mix 40g of vanilla pudding powder and 40g of semolina. Then bake on the middle rack of the oven for 40-45 minutes. It tastes best lukewarm.
