Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 5 m.-sized eggs
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 100 g almonds, ground
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate shavings
  • 2 apples
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mix the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add the eggs, ground nuts and almonds, the flour mixed with the baking powder, and the chocolate shavings. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Peel the apples, grate them into small pieces, and stir them into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased Bundt cake pan or loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Let the cake cool completely and then turn it out onto a plate.
