Apple-potato Casserole
The perfect apple-potato casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Apple
- 300 g Potatoes
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Pr Salt
- 1 Pr Pepper
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- 20 g Butter
- 5 tbsp Grated Edam
- Peel and core the apples and cut into small slices … drizzle with lemon juice so that they do not turn brown …
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices …..
- preheat the oven to 200 degrees ……
- a baking dish with butter and layer alternately with potatoes and apples …. sprinkle a little salt, pepper and mojoran on each layer …..
