Ingredients
- 700 g Wash turkey mini schnitzel + pat dry
- Flour
- Salt, pepper, onion and knofi powder
- Some plant cream
Vegetable layer:
- 1 Wash zucchini, cut off ends, halve lengthways + cut into small pieces
- 500 g Freshly clean and wash mushrooms + cut into large slices
- 2 Peel the onions, halve + cut into small pieces
- Salt pepper
- Some plant cream
Sauce:
- 3 packet Tomato Al Gusto
- 5 Garlic cloves pressed
- 2 tbsp Oregano
For gratinating:
- 200 g Dice the sheep's cheese
Instructions
- Mix the flour and spices, wilt the meat all around, fry in a pan in the heated fat and remove.
- Heat some fat again in the same pan, sear the vegetables, season a little and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, stir all the ingredients for the sauce together, distribute half of them in a baking dish, place the schnitzel on top, pour over the vegetables and then the rest of the sauce.
- Finally, distribute the sheep's cheese evenly on the sauce and bake at approx. 170 ° C (fan oven) for approx. 30 minutes.
- Delicious with it e.g. fresh baguette, but also rice, noodles or "potato-like" of all kinds.
