Apple "Potto" – sheet pancakes with apple sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 60 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 140 g applesauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Pour the flour into a bowl, add the eggs, and whisk well. Stir in the applesauce. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 12 minutes at 180°C fan-assisted oven (200°C top/bottom heat).
