Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g salmon fillet(s), frozen
- 2 cups of sour cream, approx. 200 g each
- 1 cup of cream, approx. 200 g
- salt and pepper
- lovage
- 1 lemon(s)
- 500 g pasta
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
for a casserole dish
Combine the sour cream, cream, salt, pepper, lemon, and lovage. Place the salmon in a casserole dish and pour the sauce over it. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes on the middle rack. Fresh or thawed fish will not take as long. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions.
