Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 packets of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 3 apples (Pink Lady)
  • some cinnamon powder
  • 280 g flour
  • 180 g sugar
  • 180 g butter
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

without yeast

Place the eggs, sugar, and milk in a bowl and beat until frothy. Add the flour and baking powder and mix together. Line a springform pan with baking paper and grease it. Now pour the batter into the springform pan. Make a vanilla pudding from the vanilla pudding powder, milk, and vanilla sugar according to the package instructions. Pour the finished pudding onto the batter. Now wash the apples, remove the cores, and cut into small wedges. Place the apple slices on the pudding, overlapping slightly. Sift a little cinnamon over the apple slices. Knead the flour, sugar, and butter into a crumble batter and pour over the apples. Bake the cake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 50 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar. This recipe is based on a large, rectangular springform pan. For a regular, round springform pan, use only 2/3 of the ingredients.
