Ingredients for 1 servings:

- 1 large apple or 1.5 large apples
- 1 tbsp brown cane sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 30 g almond sticks or almond flakes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 200 ml milk

quick and easy, makes about 8 muffins
Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Core 1-1.5 large apples. Chop the apples into small pieces and place them in the small bowl. Toast the slivered/flaked almonds in a pan until lightly browned. Add the almonds to the bowl as well. Mix the custard powder with the milk. Divide the puff pastry vertically into 4 strips. Spread the apple mixture evenly over the four strips. Roll up the strips, then halve and place the rolled halves in the muffin tin. Divide the custard milk evenly among the muffin tins. I use silicone molds, which don’t need to be greased. Place the muffins in the preheated oven at approximately 180°C (top/bottom heat) and bake for approximately 25 minutes. They taste great hot or cold!
