Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, melted
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1 pack of apple-flavored green groats powder (for 500 ml of liquid)
  • 1 pack of powder for red fruit jelly, raspberry flavor (for 500 ml liquid)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • some semolina (durum wheat semolina) for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Mix the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs and mix. Combine the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and stir in. Divide the dough. Stir the green fruit compote powder into one half and the red fruit compote powder into the other half. Place both dough halves lengthwise into a greased loaf pan sprinkled with durum wheat semolina and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes.
