Apple – Rhubarb – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g apples, prepared and weighed
  • 500 g rhubarb, prepared and weighed
  • 1 packet of gelling sugar 2:1
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare the fruit, chop it, and let it steep with the other ingredients in a pot for about three hours. Then slowly bring to a boil and simmer for about five minutes. Immediately pour into jars.
