Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 800 g strawberries
- 700 g orange(s)
- 1 packet of gelling sugar 3:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash, hull, and puree the strawberries. Peel the oranges, carefully remove the white pith, chop them, and puree them as well. Combine everything in a saucepan, add the gelling sugar, and slowly bring to a boil. Boil for 4 minutes, then immediately pour into the prepared jars.
