Apple rings in pancake batter

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 apples
  • 150 g flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • n. B. sugar
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel and core the apples without cutting them, e.g. using an apple corer or a knife, and cut into rings. Mix together the eggs, flour, milk and, if desired, a little sugar to form a thick batter; the batter can be a little thicker. If necessary, add a little flour if the batter is too runny, or a little milk if it is too thick. The ingredients given are approximate, as I always add flour and milk roughly. Then dip the apple rings into the pancake mixture and turn them around. Place them in a pan with a little hot oil and fry until golden brown. If you have any batter left over, you can slice more apples or use them to make simple pancakes.
