Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of HENGLEIN Fresh Puff Pastry
- 2 apples
- Sugar and cinnamon, mixed
- some milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Great for snacking, but also suitable as a dessert.
Wash the apples and cut into approximately 2 cm thick rings. Remove the cores using a knife or a pastry case. Dip the apple rings into a sugar and cinnamon mixture and coat on both sides. Then set aside. Unroll the puff pastry and cut into 1-2 cm thick strips. Wrap approximately 2-3 strips of puff pastry around each apple ring. Place the apple rings on the provided baking paper, brush with milk, and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 15 minutes, until the apple is soft and the puff pastry is golden brown.
