Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5 pieces of rusk
- ⅛ liter milk
- 2 apples
- 10 g butter
- 20 g sugar
- 1 egg(s), separated
- possibly lemon(s) or cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Crumble the onions, pour over the milk, and let them soak. Meanwhile, finely slice the peeled apples and arrange them in a greased baking dish. Foam: Mix together the butter, sugar, egg yolk, and lemon (or cinnamon). Add the soaked onions. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Cover the apples with egg foam. Bake at 175-195°C (350-375°F) for approximately 15-50 minutes.
