Apple sauce with cucumber

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 apple, sour
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 onion(s), 2 gherkins
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp horseradish
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the mill
  • Chives or dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

BBQ classics

Peel the apple, quarter it, and cut it into small cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice. Peel and finely chop the onion. Dice the gherkins as well. Mix the sour cream with the horseradish. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the apple, onion, and gherkin. Wash and chop the chives or dill, and stir into the sauce.
