Egg sauce for grilling or fondue

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 7 eggs
  • ½ tube(s) mayonnaise
  • n. B. Pickled gherkin(s), amount according to taste
  • Dijon mustard
  • e.g. ketchup
  • possibly chives or parsley, chopped
  • possibly sour cream or yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, chop them, and blend them with a hand blender if desired. Finely chop the cucumbers. Mix the eggs, cucumbers, herbs, and mayonnaise together well. Season the mixture with cucumber juice, mustard, and ketchup. You can also replace some of the mayonnaise with sour cream or yogurt!
