Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 50 g mixed herbs
  • ½ lemon(s), zest and juice
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 ml oil (olive oil)
  • 50 ml vegetable broth (jar)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and wash the chilies. Finely dice 1 chili pepper. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, and finely chop the lemon zest. Mix everything with lemon juice and mustard. Peel the garlic and press it in. Stir in the oil and stock. Season with salt. Garnish with the remaining chili pepper.
