Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g flour
- 50 g butter
- 100 g maple syrup
- 1 egg(s)
- 500 g apple
- ½ bag(s) of baking powder
- Cinnamon powder
- powdered sugar
- possibly grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Core, peel, and slice the apples. Combine the butter and maple syrup and add the egg. Mix everything well. Mix the baking powder with the flour and add it to the pan. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it and spread the batter on the baking sheet. Arrange the apple pieces on top in a shingle pattern until the batter is covered with apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or powdered sugar, if desired. Bake for approximately 35 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven. Note: This recipe is sufficient for half a baking sheet. I cut 8 slices from it. The quantity can be doubled; the baking time remains the same.
