Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for the steamer

Peel, quarter, and core the apples. Cut them into wedges and place them in a steaming dish. Add the raisins and sugar and mix everything together. Place the dish in the steamer and cook for 3 to 5 minutes at 100°C. Stir again and pour into bowls. Delicious as is, but also with ice cream, vanilla sauce, etc.
