Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 apple, green, pitted, cut into small pieces
  • 1 bunch arugula, stems removed, roughly chopped
  • 1 banana(s), peeled, cut into small pieces
  • 1 bunch mint, leaves picked, half roughly chopped
  • 500 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Add the apple, arugula, banana, and half of the mint to the orange juice and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves to serve.
