Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 500 g diced tomatoes
  • 1 bunch basil, leaves picked, chopped, some set aside for decoration
  • 3 tsp honey, liquid
  • chili flakes
  • 300 ml water, cold
  • 16 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend raspberries, tomatoes, basil, honey, chili flakes, water, and ice cubes in a blender. Pour into glasses and garnish with basil leaves to serve.
