Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large pear(s) (200 g), peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 10 g ginger (weight after peeling), finely grated
  • 1 zucchini (200 g), finely chopped
  • ½ bunch parsley, flat
  • 300 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 200 ml carbonated mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Add the pear, ginger, zucchini, and parsley to the orange juice and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and top up with mineral water.
