Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 onions
- 3 apples
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- Fat
- 1 liter of water
- 2 cubes of chicken broth
- some sour cream, crème fraîche or milk
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Chop the onion. Peel the apples and dice them into small pieces. Sauté the onion in the fat until translucent, sprinkle with curry, add the apples, and sauté briefly. Pour over water, add the stock cubes, and cook for 15 minutes. Then blend, add a little milk, sprinkle with chives, and serve immediately.
