Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 m.-sized apples
- 125 g margarine
- 125 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- some lemon zest, grated
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- some milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel, eighth, and score the apples. Beat the margarine, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Add the salt and lemon zest and mix. Finally, add the flour and baking powder and mix, adding a little milk if necessary. Pour the batter into a springform pan and place the apples, cut-side up. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
