  • 250 g puff pastry (frozen)
  • 2 apples
  • some raisins
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • e.g. butter
  • 1 jar applesauce
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Let the puff pastry thaw for about 10 minutes. Melt a little butter and stir in some sugar and cinnamon. Grease a tart or quiche dish with the melted butter. Place the puff pastry in the dish and pull up the edges. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 8 minutes (blind baking is best). Meanwhile, peel and core the apples. Slice or wedge the apples. Layer them on the preheated puff pastry. Brush the apples with a little melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and a few raisins.
