Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g sour cream, lactose-free
  • 100 g sugar
  • 40 g raisins
  • 175 g butter, lactose-free or margarine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 large apples (about 750 g)
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

lactose-free, egg-free

Pile the flour, 125g butter, sour cream, salt, and 75g sugar onto the worktop. Chop everything together and knead into a firm dough by hand. Wrap in foil and chill for 1 hour. If you have less time, you can also freeze the dough for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan oven). Peel, quarter, core, and slice the apples. Roll out the dough directly onto the springform pan base and pierce several times with a fork. Then fold the springform pan upside down and bake the base in the oven for about 15 minutes. Then cover the base with the apples. Melt the remaining butter and pour it over the apples. Mix the remaining sugar with a pinch of cinnamon and sprinkle it over the apples. Bake for another 20 minutes. Sprinkle the raisins over the dough and bake for a final 5 minutes.
