Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 100 g margarine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 5 apples
  • 40 g raisins
  • 10 g powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • 50 g flour
  • 50 g margarine
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g almond sticks
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Chip tart

Knead the dough ingredients together and wrap in cling film. Chill for 15 minutes. Peel, core, and slice the apples. Mix the crumble ingredients together. Finely chop the raisins, cover with water, and mix in a cup with the cinnamon and powdered sugar. Line a greased cake tin with the dough, forming a small rim. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C fan/convection oven) for 10 minutes. Spread the raisin-water mixture over the dough, top with the apple slices, and sprinkle with the almond slivers. Spread the crumble dough over the dough, bake for 10 minutes, then cover with aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
