Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 2 apples
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 120 g cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Place the puff pastry in the tart pan. Trim any excess puff pastry from the edges. Core and peel the apples, then cut them into thin slices. Mix the cream with the egg. Arrange the apples in a fan shape on the puff pastry and pour the egg and cream mixture over them. Sprinkle with sugar and a little cinnamon. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
