Apple tart with cranberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 m.-large apples, organic
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated
  • 175 g margarine
  • 175 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 4 tbsp cranberries, from the jar
  • 2 tbsp jelly (apple jelly) from the jar
  • Fat and breadcrumbs for the form

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 160°C fan/convection oven or 175°C top/bottom heat. Slice 3 cored but peeled apples. Grate the lemon zest, squeeze the juice, and drizzle the apple slices with the juice. Beat the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest until creamy. Add the eggs and the remaining apples, grated with the peel. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in. Grease a 26 cm springform pan and dust with breadcrumbs. Smooth the batter and top with the apple slices. Fill the pan with cranberries. Bake for 60-70 minutes, then spread with the apple jelly.
