Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 banana(s), ripe
  • 30 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk, 250 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g hazelnuts, grated
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mash two bananas with a fork or blend them finely with a hand blender. Melt 30 grams of butter. Beat with the mashed bananas and sugar until fluffy. Then stir in the milk, flour, and eggs. Now fold in the baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt, and grated hazelnuts. Slice a banana and carefully fold it into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 180°C for about one and a half hours. Then let the cake cool completely, turn it out onto a wire rack, and dust with powdered sugar.
