- 100 g ladyfingers
- some apple juice
- 700 g applesauce
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g mascarpone
- 200 g cream
- 100 g sugar
- Cinnamon powder
- Cocoa powder

without coffee and without alcohol
Place the sponge fingers in a baking dish, drizzle with a little apple juice, and let stand. Flavor the applesauce with a little cinnamon. Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the quark, mascarpone, and sugar. Pour the cream over the sponge fingers and spread evenly. Finally, dust the apple tiramisu with cinnamon and cocoa. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
