Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 3 egg whites
  • 250 g natural yogurt, preferably 0.1% fat
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tsp vanilla pudding powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Healthy and low in calories, without fat and sugar, low carb

Dice the apple and place it in two large glasses or on a deep plate. Stir the cocoa powder into the yogurt and spread it evenly over the apple. Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form, then stir in the custard powder. Spread the foam over the yogurt.
