This cake should be baked one day in advance
For the dough, knead the ingredients and roll out into a 28 cm springform pan. If possible, pull up a small edge. Wash and peel the apples, remove the cores, cut into small pieces, and spread them on the dough. Then bring the sugar, apple juice, and white wine to a boil and stir in the custard powder. Spread the custard over the apples. Bake at 175°C (convection oven) for about 60 minutes. Refrigerate the cake overnight! The next day, whip 2 cups of cream until stiff and spread it on the cake. Finally, drizzle with advocaat.
