Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g einkorn flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 1 tbsp apple juice
- 100 g butter
- 3 apples
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 250 ml dry white wine
- 50 ml apple juice
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Make a dough from flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, apple juice, and butter. Lightly grease a tart pan, pour the dough into the pan, and form a raised edge. Peel and finely chop the apples. Mix the custard powder with a little white wine and the sugar in a cup until smooth. Heat the remaining wine and apple juice in a saucepan, add the custard powder, and bring to a boil briefly. Add the apples and pour the mixture onto the dough. Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
