Banana oat bowls

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 100 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 50 g oat flakes, fine
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • Yogurt and fruits or nuts for filling

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Breakfast or snack

Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix everything into a firm batter. Pour the batter into prepared muffin cups and press them against the edges to form small cups (silicone cups work well for this). Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 15 minutes and then let cool briefly. Fill with yogurt and fruit or nuts. A quick and delicious alternative to “regular” yogurt with oatmeal and fruit.
