Apple yogurt layered dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup yogurt (natural)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 shot of peach liqueur
  • 4 apples
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Biscuit(s), ladyfingers, butter biscuits, amarettini etc.

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Mix yogurt, sour cream, a dash of liqueur, and vanilla sugar to make a cream. Meanwhile, peel and dice the apples and heat butter in a pan. Add the apples and fry. Sprinkle with cinnamon, caramelize with honey, and deglaze with liqueur. Layer each of apple pieces, cream, and biscuits/sponges in glasses. Top with apples and garnish with cinnamon before serving. This is a very light and summery dessert.
